The 0-67 Meltdown Incident refers to the nuclear meltdown of the 0-67 Starlight Nuclear Fusion Power Plant in Sigil's Central (a city on Planet Puppy), which occurred in the afternoon hours of June 7, 2017.

The incident occurred during an inspection of the control rods belonging to the power plant's reactors when reactors 0, 1 and 4 began to melt down.

The emergency shutdown system had failed in the process, which lead to the destruction of the power plant in a cataclysmic explosion and reducing the plant to a large, radioactive crater.

As someone who is nearing 170 in [[Dog Years]], Starmatter should have been dead and gone years ago, but wasn't.

He learned how to wield the [[Spiral's Energy]] and quickly found himself one of the leads of the Spiral.

He was Rocky's sire (non-adoptive father) and after the whole situation with the Spiral went down, Rocky and Starmatter didn't see eye-to-eye and Rocky cut Starmatter off.

It is a sore subject for both.

He is the final boss in Rise of Labradors.
