A kind and mellow lab that is probably too old for what his line of work is. He leads the TimeTeam, everyone treats him like a wise old sage within the TimeTeam, even though he isn't a Time Elder.

==Appearance==
American style black Labrador Retriever, within the game's style he's anthro, walks on 2 legs and talks. He wears a pair of dark red pants with a light blue shirt, although in winter months it changes to green snowpants with a blue jacket instead.

==Personality==

Enjoyer of french bread, enjoys the company of his team as well, Rocky is peaceful and mellow mostly.

==Info about the character==

He's the character that guides you through the tutorial and teaches you the [[Battle|battle]] mechanics. You do wind up fighting him. When you win, Rocky explains info about what you will face, then the tutorial is complete and you get the TimeTeam Initiate Wrench from him.

He is someone that ''almost'' always has a task for you to do, whether it be a side task or story related. He is involved with the [[Skyport Tasks|NPL Teleport]] task.
