Starmatter is one of the Spiral's leads, who was the father of Rocky
Bio
As someone who is nearing 170 in Dog Years, Starmatter should have been dead and gone years ago, but wasn't.
He learned how to wield the Spiral's Energy and quickly found himself one of the leads of the Spiral.
He was Rocky's sire (non-adoptive father) and after the whole situation with the Spiral went down, Rocky and Starmatter didn't see eye-to-eye and Rocky cut Starmatter off.
It is a sore subject for both.
He is the final boss in Rise of Labradors.
