The 0-67 meltdown incident
The harrowing events of the 0-67 starlight-nuclear-fusion reactor meltdown occurred on June 07, 2017, during an inspection of the Control Rods, when the alarm went off that 0, 1 and 4 failed out of 0-7.
Shutdown failed, so an evacuation notice was put over the automated siren, but by that point 0 and 1 had melted, and shortly thereafter, 4.
The facility's main cores and backup cores were on overdrive, and there was no rescuing anyone within 18 miles.
They were gone.
